Easy access to the center and main beaches in the region. Large and airy apartment, with air conditioning in all environments, located in a safe building and with ample leisure facilities.

Apartamento impecável, pertinho da praia!!! Limpíssimo, bem equipado e puro conforto! O anfitrião, Sr. Vagner, é extremamente atencioso e a comunicação é muito rápida! O condomínio é muito bacana, piscina externa e coberta aquecida, academia e funcionários muito educados e prestativos! Voltaremos, sem dúvidas!!!

Foi top! Apartamento muito bom e bem localizado. Limpeza bacana e o prédio conta com piscina aquecida e sauna, que foi uma beleza após o dia todo na praia. Wagner excelente anfitrião, me respondeu tudo e me deu muita atenção no que solicitamos.

O apartamento é realmente como descrito no anúncio. Extremamente limpo, organizado, não tem cheiro de umidade como na maioria dos apartamentos da região litorânea, por ter um desumidificador que estava ligado qdo chegamos. Muito próximo a praia o que nos permite ir a pé. Próximo a supermercados, padarias e restaurantes. O Vagner é o melhor anfitrião, extremamente educado, solícito sempre pronto a nos atender. A Fabiana, quem nos recebeu, muito educada e acolhedora. Esse apartamento com ctza será nossa próxima hospedagem. Recomendo com certeza!

O apartamento é ótimo e o condomínio também. Passamos um final de semana muito agradável ! A localização é ótima e fica muito próximo à praia. Amamos a estadia. Realmente é um ótimo e aconchegante apartamento. Condomínio muito limpo e organizado. Perto da praia. No ponto mais calmo e gostoso da praia Grande. Estivemos ai entre 15 e 19/01/2018. Muito confiável. Quero voltar logo. Recomendo.

Fiquei apenas 2 dias. Mas a estadia foi excelente, o apartamento é novo, superou minhas expectativas! Vagner, proprietário, é muito atencioso. Já estou combinando com ele de voltar numa data próxima. Quem tiver interesse pode alugar sem medos! O condomínio tem piscina, sauna, piscina aquecida, academia, salão de festa, completo, é pertinho da praia. No próprio apartamento é possível fazer um churrasco, tem uma área separada para tal. Simplesmente achei fantástico!
