Atendimento nota 1000

Pousada super aconchegante, pertinho da orla de itagua , fica numa rua bem tranquila, tem garagem e tudo é muito limpo e organizado. Café da manhã delicioso, com destaque pro brownie e o bolo de milho . Mas o que nos chamou mais a atenção foi o atendimeno … foi nota 1000 ! Todos do hotel muito simpáticos e solícitos. Estão de parabéns.

Infelizmente o atendimento por parte dos funcionários da cozinha deixou muito a desejar. Fui reclamar que o pão estava muito duro, sem condições para o consumo e infelizmente a funcionária da cozinha foi super bruta, pediu que eu reclamasse com a administração, pois ela estava ali somente para cumprir ordens. Fui reclamar na administração e não tomaram nenhuma providência, era horrível ir tomar café da manhã e aquelas funcionárias estarem ali te olhando com cara feia.

A pousada é organizada, tem todos os cuidados com a covid19, mas o colchão é horrível, por este motivo eu não voutaria. Fiz reclamação do colchão ao atentente, que disse que todos os colchões são iguais, depois insisti, ele disse que iria ver o podia fazer, estou esperando sentado. A pousada é media, combra um valor justo, mas a cama de casal é comun e o colchão todo molengo e flácido, muito ruim.

Café da manhã muito bom, única coisa que não gostamos foi quanto pedimos uma toalha seca e não nos deram pois a troca só seria feita de 2 em 2 dias, mas como o lugar é úmido as toalhas não secam no quarto depois do uso durante a noite.
