Unseriöses Geschäftsgebaren u. katastroph. Zufahrt

Sergio Simone de Oliveira, der Verwalter des Anwesens, teilte uns bei der Ankunft mit, dass weder unsere Reservierung noch unsere Bezahlung eingegangen sei. Deshalb habe er auch kein Zimmer für uns reserviert und alle Zimmer des Hauses seien belegt. Sergio fuhr mit uns in das 10 km entfernt gelegene Hotel Sao Charbel, um uns dort unterzubringen. Das Hotel Sao Charbel hat maximal 2 Ster e, ist extrem einfach und hat uns 280 R$ zusätzlich gekostet. Sergio bot uns an, die 280 R$ zu übernehmen und zu verrechnen. Wir gingen darauf aber nicht ein, weil wir von hotels.com den kompletten Betrag in Höhe von 103,34 € erstattet bekommen wollen sowie eine Aufmerksamkeit erwarten. Uns kam das ganze sehr merkwürdig vor: uns wird erklärt, nichts sei von expedia gemeldet worden. Es wird dann sofort ein drittklassiges Hotel, das preislich viel niedriger liegt angeboten. Und was ist mit der Differenz, wer kassiert die?? Die Zufahrt zur Suites Prime ist übrigens eine Zumutung und schon alleine aus diesem Grund kann man allen Interessenten nur dringend abraten. Ohne Geländewagen sind die Prime Suites nach Regen nicht erreichbar.

Pousada Top, praia + top

Sérgio muito receptivo, atencioso, as meninas que trabalham são maravilhosas, Júlia muito prestativa, as meninas da limpeza muito eficientes, final de semana foi tão bom que resolvemos ficar mais 4 dias. Super recomendo!
