Lovely hotel in a great location - very close to excellent restaurants and right on the sea front. The hotel is impeccably clean and the staff are incredibly helpful. We stayed an extra night we enjoyed both the location and hotel so much. No hesitation in recommending.

Do Ubatuba Praia Hotel só tenho ELOGIOS, porém do EXPEDIA só DECEPÇÃO I purchased reservations at the Ubatuba Praia Hotel for myself and my wife through Expedia.com.br. Check-in date: May 14th, Check-out date: May 18th, 2026. Expedia number: 72074195759973 - Purchase date: May 10th, 2026. I wanted to pay in installments without interest, but this option was not given to me, and the full amount of R$ 1,597.96 was charged, including R$ 46.54 in taxes and fees. I immediately called the Ubatuba Praia Hotel, who told me I had to call Expedia. I called Expedia, who told me I had to call the Ubatuba Praia Hotel. In other words, ONE passed the buck to the OTHER, and the OTHER passed the buck to ONE, and I was left with the LOSS. I tried to reach an agreement with EXPEDIA and nothing was done. NEVER AGAIN EXPEDIA.

Local maravilhoso! Próximo do centro… próxima de vários restaurantes excelentes! Piscina maravilhosa! O hotel que mais curti piscina, principalmente pq a praia q ele fica localizada é impropria pro banho! Agora, frequentar Ubatuba em dezembro e janeiro, precisa de muita malandragem! Alguma experiência de viagem pode ajudar… como não ficar preso nos trânsitos indo p praia e voltando… a cidade fica um caos! A noite, tranquilo… tem tráfego mais dá pra se virar e andar, patinetes, Uber, etc… sobre café, é muito bom! Mas pode melhorar! Repetido sempre! 2 dias me enjoa um pouco, mas já sou fresco curto! Mas poderia melhorar… trocar certas coisas! 3 dias comendo misto! Não que seja ruim, mas … pode melhorar! Bolos secos com um pouco de cobertura! Poderiam colocar recheios… molhar mais o bolo! Quarto maravilhoso! Qlq serviço q solicita a recepção, eles atendem rapidamente! Problemas zero! Muito top! Super indico! Garagem tbm super de boa!
