Não reservem esse hotel em nenhuma hipótese! Não há como dormir!!! Não há carpetes/tapetes nos corredores, não há isolamento acústico. Todo barulho dos corredores entra nos quartos, dia e noite. Havia alguém usando uma furadeira no quarto ao lado assim que cheguei. Liguei na recepção pois era muito barulho e muito alto. O café da manhã é fraco. Nada nesse lugar compensa. Boa localização. Excelente atendimento. Ótimo café da manhã. Não ganha 5 estrelas devido uma falha grave gerencial. O elevador só vai até a garagem se for para os hóspedes chegando. Na hora de sair, o elevador não permite ir até a garagem, tendo que descer carregando as malas pela escada. Motivo? Para evitar que hóspede vá embora sem pagar. Absurdo Por um risco muito pequeno, prejudicam todos os hóspedes.

A experiência foi tranquila, mas há pontos que poderiam ser melhorados. Solicitamos um ferro de passar roupas e nos informaram que havia uma sala destinada a isso. No entanto, o ambiente era extremamente quente, o que tornava a tarefa desconfortável. Além disso, no café da manhã, alguns itens acabavam e não eram repostos prontamente; quando a reposição ocorria, demorava muito. O estacionamento externo também deixou a desejar, pois não havia nenhuma sinalização indicando sua localização.
