"Hotel excelente, principalmente por ser um hotel mais antigo. Porém, infelizmente, tivemos alguns contratempos durante a hospedagem. Quando chegamos na sexta , estávamos super cansados e atrasados para um compromisso. Ao chegarmos ao hotel, havia um ônibus parado na frente, impedindo a entrada dos carros para descermos as malas. Entendo que havia passageiros idosos que precisavam de mais tempo para desembarcar, mas o ônibus poderia ter parado um pouco mais à frente, pois isso acabou nos atrasando ainda mais para o nosso evento. Outro problema aconteceu no sábado. Chegamos da festa de madrugada e ficamos aguardando o café da manhã, que estava previsto para as 5h, para depois podermos dormir. Porém, sem qualquer aviso prévio aos hóspedes, o horário foi alterado. Às 5h, fomos até a recepção e perguntamos, e nos informaram que seria às 5h10. Esperamos novamente e nada. Quando deu 5h30, após reclamarmos, finalmente abriram o café. O que mais me incomodou foi a postura dos dois atendentes. Minha prima foi conversar com eles sobre a situação e eles ficaram rindo, como se aquilo fosse engraçado, dizendo que o horário havia mudado. Primeiro falaram 5h10 e depois 5h30. Achei uma enorme falta de respeito e consideração com os hóspedes. O hotel tem uma boa estrutura e poderia proporcionar uma experiência excelente, mas é importante ter mais organização, comunicação e, principalmente, respeito com os hóspedes."
