Some staff in the Restaurant wasn‘t qualified enough in my opinion for the job. Simply unprofessional. However beside that we had a wonderful stay. Very nice beds, rooms and great breakfast. It is a good 4 star hotel.

Training and Language skills needed.

Reception English speaking skills are lacking. The dining / restaurant staff needs training and English speaking skills. Basic knowledge of proper restaurant protocols are completely lacking. It’s not just enough to bring people off the street and put them in the restaurant. They also need to be trained up to a certain degree and the training reinforced at the very least quarterly. Who is it? Two star hotel no problem but it’s a four-star hotel and I believe the most expensive in Ubon Ratchathani so either step up or star down.

We got checked into the wrong room and had to be moved to another room at 8 pm, the staff was very responsive and it went smoothly. Regular room has no sofa, has a day bed near the window which I am told is the style in this region. Hotel is very new and clean, breakfast ok for the upcharge should be better
