First time in a home stay. For the price this place can't be beat. Clean rooms, nice breakfast. A/C! Centrally located on the main road through Ubud. Rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished. No TV but I wasn't expecting one in a home stays. A bit of noise but the A/C drowned out background noise.

Great Location
The home stay is well located on the main street running through Ubud which males it ideal if your travelling around. The rooms are on the back of the building so you don’t hear the traffic. The staff are very helpful and will do anything for you. Komang (one of the boys who works there) did absolutely everything we asked him to do for us. He was very knowledgeable and although his English wasn’t that great, he managed to work around it. Breakfast was free and although it was very basic, it did the job! The only issue we really had was that the doors to the balcony didn’t shut very well at all and had a few gaps around all 4 sides. We had a bit of an infestation the first night as the bugs flew in when it rained. Saying this, it was the same everywhere you went including all the shops. The owners came in straight away to clear the bugs for us and couldn’t apologise enough although there was nothing that could prevent it.In the end we just tapped the hell out of the gaps with electrical tape which worked. I would recommend for anyone if they want a cheap and well located place to stay in Ubud.
The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Ubud, shared entrance with a clothing store. The room was spacious and clean. The staff spoke decent English, and very friendly. Excellent value for money!
The location was excellent and it was very clean. The high, whiny noise from upstairs pipes was irritating and relentless, and for the three days we were there, construction noise on the house next door--rock breaking and banging--began very early and went on all day. So it was impossible to stay for breakfast or be in the room until 5 when it stopped. Otherwise, though, this was an okay, if bland, place to park while in Ubud.
Lovely hotel and great value for upur money!
The owners were extremely nice and made me feel very confortable.
Its close to Ubud Market and central area.
THE BEST FEatures about this hotel is the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the rooms. The shower head is also very nice with plenty of warm water. It is well located on Jalan Raya so you’re in the Centre of Ubud. For breakfast they serve coffee, fresh fruit and a banana pancake. The downsides include it being a little difficult to find as the sign is small and you have to pass through some dress shops. The other is that it’s very simple...no garden, pool or nice seating area. It’s got a bit of a depressing feel to it as it’s so enclosed. We prefer to open the window and see a garden and enjoy our breakfast under a veranda. If you’re looking for prime location, very clean and comfortable room and nice staff then this could work for you. The owners go out of their way to make sure you are happy and comfortable which can outweigh for what it lacks.
