This is the place to stay if you plan on being in bali! They were on time for pick up and drop offs to and from the airport. The place is very close to the center of Bali and you can get transportation to various places easily. Ubud has a lot to offer. Most tours are usually an hour drive from here. The Bisma is very modern and new! Although there was some construction around it was very peaceful ! The location is just 2 minutes walking from Monkey Forest and central Market in Ubud. This was our first time in Bali, it was a well run and amazing property. It is a 5 min walk from central Ubud and many shops. There is a scooter rental right in front, and the staff is so accommodating and genuinely nice. They decorated our room for our honeymoon, was responsive to every need or want, and was constantly available. There is 24/7 staff, so som no be will always be there to greet you with a smile

We loved our stay at The Ridge! So relaxing and the views are incredible. They made us feel like family, and it was one of the best places we've ever stayed. This hotel is amazing!!! Concrete, industrial design combined with Balinese architecture - this sounds crazy, right? But it's not... not in Bisma eight, they did an excellent job with the hotel design, their staff are the friendliest people we met on Bali, hotel is incredibly clean. We stayed in the forest and also garden view rooms - both were spectacular, amazing views from the forest room! I could just lie on the bed all day enjoying the view and its atmosphere. It really is incredible....

This hotel was tucked away in unspoiled nature. Seeing the steam rise from the canyon after a rain never disappointed. On the first night, monkeys were migrating through my yard. I think they wanted the welcoming fruit basket. Jero took really good care of us. It was also nice talking to Agas, who has a sister in Nashville. Everyone was so friendly. I am not a fine diner, but I can appreciate the care and effort the restaurant staff took. Edi took time to talk about the local dishes created.
