We absolutely loved our stay at Junungan! Everyone was so kind and helpful. They reached out to me a few days before we arrived to arrange a pickup from the airport. The breakfast was delicious every morning with quite a few options. The location is a little bit out of the main area which makes it very peaceful. We got a daily shuttle to the downtown area and back, which made it easy to explore. We did a couple of the excursions which were so much fun! They have a pool and a spa on site. The room was beautiful, clean, and just like the photos. The view of the rice terrace from the balcony was amazing. The air conditioning worked well. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Spacious room with high ceilings, carved wooden door, balcony facing the rice fields, tiled flooring kept clean throughout the stay, large bathtub. Electric mosquito repellent provided, 2 bottles of water every day. The breakfast was pretty good and comes with a fruit platter and tea/coffee/juice, and we got the chance to order something different every night from their menu. Free shuttle (with 15-20min notice) to and from Ubud central, which was helpful as the location is some distance away. Staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Minor inconveniences: not many hooks in the bathroom to hang stuff up, hairdryer was very weak. But overall a wonderful, very affordable stay!

Very “Zen-like” hotel. So peaceful!

Our room was beautiful and quiet and the bed very comfortable .The staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Peaceful country hotel

Lovely place to stay with very helpful and considerate staff. Food was fine. View from the balcony over the rice fields was beautiful and made the place very relaxing. Characterful place. Management were very helpful in arranging trips and transport.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, the property was beautiful, and the shuttle service to and from the center was very useful! We also took advantage of the massage service which was incredibly relaxing. All in all, we would highly recommend staying here and would love to go back.

Great place

A great place to stay in Ubud. The crew was super nice and very helpful. The location was a bit out from the most busy streets, but that was perfect, because it is very crowdy in the center of Ubud. Cosy place, clean and calm, close to the rice marks. Would definitely recommend.

Just Amazing. Staff is outstanding, they provide complimentary cab service to Ubud central. The staff is one of the most efficient and friendliest I have ever seen. I would only stay there if I ever visit Ubud again. Can not fault them or the place at all.
