Wonderfully relaxing break

The studio is really clean and has everything that you need. The views from the studio are superb and make for fantastic viewing on an evening with a few beers after a hard day laying in the sun and swimming in the pool. The hosts are really helpful and although there was a language barrier (our fault not theirs), still did everything they could to make us feel welcome. We used WhatsApp and google translate to communicate. The add on of fresh tomatoes and a beautifully prepared homemade antipasti was really special. You are close to the local town which is nice to walk around and if you like views, take a drive up to some of the viewing points, they are spectacular. The pool was even bigger than we thought and a lovely way to start the day with some lengths, the diving board was lots of fun for us too. We highly recommend this property for a relaxing break away from the business of normal life.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Nous avons loué 15 jours. Logement fonctionnel et propre. La piscine est au top, elle est grande et sécurisée par alarme si besoin,nettoyée deux fois par semaine par les propriétaires. Nous avons été accueillis par Laurence et Rémi qui sont adorables et soucieux de votre bien être. Ils nous ont donné les bons plans pour les visites, les restaurants et autre. Ils sont discrets et à la fois disponibles si vous avez besoin d eux. Nous gardons leurs coordonnées pour un prochain séjour dans la région. Merci beaucoup à tous les deux . ☺️

Vacances idéale

Verblijf met hoge gastvrijheid

Knusse studio, fijne gastvrijheid van Laurence en Rémy, maar de kers op de taart is toch echt het fantastische zwembad, waarbij het toebehoren(luchtbed etc.) niet ontbrak. Omgeving is prachtig, zeker met de tips van Laurence. Kortom: voor herhaling vatbaar!!

Des vacances de rêve!

Rencontre avec nos hôtes Laurence et Rémi au moment de notre arrivée. Un couple adorable, très très sympathique à l'accueil chaleureux. Découverte du magnifique studio, hyper propre, très coquet, lumineux, climatisé, très bien équipé. Extérieur très bien entretenu, piscine de 5m/12m, très propre, nettoyée deux fois par semaine. Vraiment tout était impeccable. Endroit idéal pour le repos, car c'est vraiment silencieux. Petit cadeau de bienvenue confectionné par Laurence et une bouteille d'apéro de bienvenue. On recommande absolument ce lieu charmant et on remercie du fond du cœur les porpriétaires pour tout.

Séjour très agréable !

Petit studio très très bien placé, très bien équipé, il y a déjà tout le nécessaire à votre disposition et dès votre arrivée ! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, et vous mettent tout de suite à l'aise et dans le bain avec la région (activités à faire, restaurants/magasins à proximité) Nous pouvons vous recommander quelques villes aux alentours tels que Balazuc ou encore Vals-les-Bains qui ne sont pas du tout loin du studio ! Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et pour leur sympathie ! Nous recommandons volontiers ce séjour !

Très agréable

Séjour très agréable dabs ce logement avec tout le confort nécessaire pour se sentir bien et profiter des merveilles de la région (grottes, châteaux, musées, restaurants, paysages...) Laurence et Rémy sont des hôtes très attentionnés. Nous avons été gâté ! Je recommande vivement cet endroit. Merci encore pour cette jolie semaine. Un petit coin de paradis

Un véritable havre de paix! Nous avons été accueillis par le charmant duo Laurence et Rémy avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Discrétion et disponibilité sont sans contexte des atouts que nous avons fortement apprécié. L’invitation à un apéritif chaleureux et succulent nous a conquis: ils savent recevoir! Un moment de partage précieux. Le studio (particulièrement propre) est parfaitement situé entre deux villes, ce qui ne nous oblige pas à utiliser la voiture trop longtemps. Les alentours sont un émerveillement: villages de caractères et nature fabuleuse. La piscine est un enchantement, surtout pour un enfant de 11 ans ! C’était parfait! Expérience à renouveler ! Merci encore à nos très sympathiques hôtes.

Excellent Séjour

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances au sein du STUDIO UCEL qui se situe dans un environ calme et tranquille donc très reposant. De plus Laurence et Rémy sont très accueillants et vraiment disponibles. Ils se soucient sincèrement que vous passiez un bon séjour. Le studio est bien aménagé et la piscine est très appréciable. Nous avions tout ce qu'il faut et vous recommandons vivement cette location pour vos prochaines vacances en Ardèche. De notre côté si nous avons l'occasion, nous y retournerions sans hésiter ! Un petit paradis au cœur de l Ardèche.

Vous cherchez un joli petit gîte calme climatisé ou l on se sent bien , très bien entretenu, une superbe piscine, des propriétaires à l écoute de ses hôtes et le chant des cigales pour vous bercer....?? 😊 He bien c est ici !!!!🌞🤗 De magnifiques villages à visiter autour, le vallon pont d arc pour sportifs, les produits régionaux et plein d autres choses dans cette belle région. Vacances parfaite!

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Le studio est propre et il dispose d’une superbe piscine! Le village dans lequel se situe ce studio est très calme et reposant. Si vous cherchez à découvrir l’Ardèche il est idéalement situé entre les monts d’Ardèche et les gorges. Aubenas se trouve qu’à environ 5km tout au plus. Laurence et Rémy sont très gentils et n’hésite pas à vous conseiller sur les promenades à faire et lieux à visiter aux alentours. Ils sont également attentifs à la satisfaction de leurs locataires. (Ils sont même allés jusqu’à nous proposer de promener notre chien dans leur jardin privé)! Nous vous remercions pour ces agréables deux semaines. Alex et Margaux.

Location à retenir!!!

Location qui correspond tout à fait au descriptif. Très bien située au pied des monts d'Ardèche ( Ardèche verte et loin des foules). Propriétaires très présents et réactifs aux différentes demandes sans être intrusifs. Nous avons apprécié les tomates du jardin ! Jardin et piscine entretenus minutieusement. Petit havre de paix totalement indépendant avec piscine chauffée de très belle taille à seulement quelques mètres de la terrasse.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce studio situé à Ucel. Les propriétaires ont été adorables,chaleureux et très avenant. La location a été conforme à nos attentes pas de vis à vis,calme,propre et c est certain que la piscine privative à été un gros plus pour nous et nos enfants.
