"Lovely hotel, although a little pricier than others around. I could have done with a balcony and/ or a lake view for the price. Room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, restaurant was lovely with a rooftop terrace overlooking the lake. I had to stay 2 nights instead of the 3 that I booked due to the large distance I had to travel. The hotel wouldn’t refund the third night which I thought was quite inflexible."

"The staff and management were extremely professional and attentive. The breakfast bar was just the right size to get a tasty choice of options. The areas within the fort converted to hotel were picturesque. The interior rooms were light-sleeper quite. The air was clear with plenty of lighting.
