"Love the idea of staying in a jungle camp, but this is really in an area of dry bushes, a total stretch to call it jungle. Food was amazing. Camp set up was nice. But very important to note that this is actually about 40km from the entrance to the park where you do the safaris. There are options much closer. "We spoilt ourselves with 2 nights in Ahas Pokuna. This is a truly special place. Greeted at the road side by Arun our naturalist guide we were immediately enveloped in the forest following a footpath (truly the only access) leading us up the the very exclusive camp. We were the only guest and had the middle of three tent suites/tree houses. The beautifully maintained grounds of the camp are full of birds and the staff are always attentive.
