small single bed room, but fully equipped and very clean. Good service, sauna for hotel guest to be used, good pub as hotel restaurant and phantastic breakfast in the morning. Can be fully recommended.

Hotel Carlia provided us a comfortable stay for our one night in Uddevalla. The bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains conveniently shielded us from any of the light during midsummer. The room was clean, though a bit outdated in the bathroom. Plenty of space throughout. It would have been nice to have more climate control as it felt rather hot and humid in the room. The window could be opened, which helped a bit. It was unfortunate that their gym and sauna facilities were being renovated as we would have enjoyed use of them. Although the area around the property has a lot to offer in terms of restaurants and small town shopping, the street immediately in front of the hotel is under construction and closed off, which made getting to the property tricky. The breakfast buffet was good, though it would have been nice to have items more clearly labeled for those with dietary restrictions/allergies. A member of our party is vegan and had some difficulty figuring out their options. When we asked the food service worker, she did not know the difference between vegetarian and vegan, so they recommended options that had milk and eggs. Other than these items, our one-night stay was comfortable.

Erg goed hotel! Helaas wel nogal rumoerig aan de weg kant helaas. Het personeel zou er eens op moeten letten dat mensen niet lopen hangen bij de entree en schreeuwen/roken/zuipen. Voor de rest: top ontbijt, zeer vriendelijk personeel, schoon!

Rummen saknar AC vilket gör dem stekheta under varm sommar. En fläkt gjorde dock saken bättre. Rummen saknar kylskåp vilket är illa när det är varmt. Annars mycket trevlig personal, bra frukost och sköln hård säng.
