"Apartment was fully equipped, spacious and absolutely perfect! The staff is pleasant, apartment was wonderful and clean. We had a washing machine in our suite which was a great surprise. One note, the area gets dark fairly early and made it difficult to locate in the dark."

"호텔이 고급스럽고 깨끗하고 넓어서 좋았어요. 한국에 40일정도 있으면서 여러곳에 숙박했지만 최고였습니다. 프론트 직원의 친절함에 놀라웠고 항구에서 픽업과 샌딩을 무료로 해주셨습니다. 숙소는 너무 조용하고 깨끗하고 넓어서 흠잡을되가 없었습니다. 아침에 산책하기에도 좋고 내년 9월에 한국에 다시 오는데 꼭 예약하고 숙박 하겠습니다. 저희를 친절하게 맞아주셔서 고맙습니다. "

"This is a great location and a good base if you want to stay in the Hamdeok area but also explore other parts of Jeju. The bus stop is 1 min from the hotel. The beach is right across from the hotel. There are lots of food options on the stretch, and convenience stores close by. The hotel has more Western style amenities (partition in shower, large towels). Rooms were clean. There are lots of tourists so the area is quite busy. Highly recommend the Utop"

"A/C was set to 18c but it didn’t cool enough to get a great night sleep. "

"This hotel is really basic. It’s feels more like a hostel than hotel. Staff can’t communicate effectively in English. Most basic items are chargeable, ie more towels, clearing of own trash (food)… Bathrooms does not come with floor mat. While we’re there, the swimming pool was having some activities. So it’s pretty noisy. Guest can use the pool from 3pm onwards. "
