Preis/Leistung finden wir hier nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem MFH Nähe der B31 mit Anschluss/Auffahrt, dazu ein stark befahrener Kreisel. Schlafen nur bei geschlossenen Fenster wegen Verkehrslärm möglich. Angeblich soll die ausklappbare Couch für bis 2 Personen als Schlafcouch dienen. Max. für eine Pers. geeignet, dazu Schlaf wegen lautem Kühlschrank nicht möglich. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Duschwanne ohne eine Glastrennscheibe. Somit umherspritzendes Duschwasser nicht zu vermeiden, Rutschgefahr und ärgerlich. Hier sollte der Eigentümer nicht so sparsam sein und schnellstens eine Trennscheibe installieren lassen. Die Kopfkissen waren schon unzählige Male gewaschen und daher der Füllinhalt verklumpt. Wegen starkem Verkehr, der kleine Freisitz kaum nutzbar. Es kann ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage genutzt werden, jedoch die Ein-/Ausfahrt sehr eng bemessen, sodass ein Schaden am Pkw schnell passieren kann (ein Planungsfehler). Keine Zirkulationsleitung für Warmwasser vorhanden, sodass es viele Minuten dauert bis man Warmwasser erhält. Würden diese Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen.
