"2泊3日、7人でとても楽しく過ごすことができました。迷惑メールにチェックインのメールが届いてしまっていて、さらに消えてしまって暗証番号が見られなくなってしまい、管理人に電話させてもらいました。その時の対応もとても優しく、無事に中に入ることができました。ログハウスに行くまでの道がとても狭く、野生の鹿もいて、こんなところに本当にログハウスがあるのか？？と心配になりましたが、ちゃんとありました！キッチン用品がもっとピカピカならさらにいいのになぁと思いました。そのため、清潔さは星3です。割り箸や紙皿を使いました。 BBQも最高に楽しかったです。屋根がちゃんとあって雨でも問題なくできました。大きなスクリーンでSwitchをするのは初めてで、とても盛り上がりました。とにかく楽しかったので、また行きたいし、おすすめです。"

"My mother and I traveled from the U.S. and had a wonderful stay here. The Mt. Fuji view right in front of the hotel was breathtaking. The food was excellent, the room was very clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We also loved relaxing in the onsen. A beautiful and memorable stay with my mother. I would definitely come back!"

"A most excellent property and staff! Highly recommend - 5 ***** star rating. View of Fuji-San is amazing. Gardens and Koi pond are well maintained. Spacious room with plenty of storage for luggage, large closet, sofa and chair. Onsen and breakfast buffet are fantastic! Staff is very helpful and kind. Hourly Shuttle service to/from Kawaguchiko Station was very useful, 10 min away. Nabeya Japanese restaurant was delicious and only 3 min walk away."

Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. My wife is pregnant, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate her dietary needs. They were incredibly understanding and helped us with food substitutions and adjustments so that she could comfortably enjoy our traditional Japanese meals. Their kindness and attention to detail meant so much to us and made the experience even more special. Everything about our stay was amazing, from the beautiful room and relaxing bath to the delicious food and exceptional hospitality. We felt truly cared for throughout our visit. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan, and we will remember it for years to come. Thank you to everyone at Maruei for making our stay so special.
