"I was really disappointed that not once did anyone ask how my stay was. To add to that they only provided me with one towel the entire time I was there and never offered extra towels. The beddings were the same the entire time and when I asked for fresh ones, they said they don’t do that. The day I checked out, no one was there to check me out and it was very confusing who to lay the final bill to. Overall I was really disappointed with the customer service and lack of care for the guests. "

"This apartment only has one bedroom and not the two listed. However, the host was extremely helpful and was able to provide an alternative with 3 bedrooms at the same site and at no extra cost. "

"Had a good experience, the property manager was really accommodating and helpful. Clean and has a generator. Only issue I had was the location, it's not located in munyonyo which was a little misleading. "
