"Great staff very welcoming and professional 5 star to them . I was in Hilton only under 1 night so i was not in gym or pool or eat breckfast ,but room was good as location and i will for sure live there next time ."

"The restaurant Revive is the high and acts as the lobby mainly because the internet service is so poor in the ooms and garden. I am told they are fixing it, but seriously 2036, it should have been modernized 4 years ago. The rooms need attention.the tile floors need to be polished. They advertise desk in room but it is shelf not a work height with no powerpoint. So it is Not a desk. Did not get daily room service as advertised, maybe i had to ask. Lastly the shower head did not fit in the overhead holder. So it had to be used with one hand Despite above it is a very pleasant, reasonably priced well located hotel in Kololo. I hope they put attention to rooms as they the restaurant."

"Very efficient and warm welcome and very attentive staff. The room and breakfast were excellent. Sadly, the restaurant service on three evenings was terrible. I hosted a graduation dinner on 26th Feb. and my guests had to wait 2 hours (YES, 2 hours) for the starters to arrive. Then the main courses arrived one by one, not all together, and ladies were served last. How is this from a hotel claiming to be at the forefront of hospitality and even running a hospitality school."

"The property is spacious, but it is very outdated. There is no fresh air circulation, the shower head is broken, and there is a noticeable mold smell. Additionally, the air conditioning is not functioning, and the breakfast offered is of very poor quality."
