"We paid but this hotel claimed that they didn't get the notifications shows that we paid yet they got the money and also wherever you call them they say less and after switch off the call.. they made me sleep outside. They are so horrific 😢 💔 "

"The staff tried to charge me again for staying there, It took ages to convince them, I was actually stay there with you, I arrived the day following due to flight delays not your fault, but I had informed you but hotel had no idea.
