"I love almost everything about this hotel. It has a beautiful wellness centre, a great gym, a very good restaurant and a really comfortable, funky lobby. It’s in a wonderful location across from the train station and a short stroll to all the shops and restaurants. The staff are great…friendly, helpful and very professional. Daily room service was not great. Used drinking glasses were never removed, no tissues, bathroom counters not cleaned. Also, lack of storage is a problem. The rooms seem newly renovated but they did not add any shelving or room for toiletries. However, I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s close to perfect. I will stay there again when i visit family in Arnhem."

"There was a shortage of storage space. There should have been a table or luggage rack under the television. When we asked for the room to be cleaned the dirty coffee cup was never removed and replaced with a clean cup. The decaf coffee was never replaced after the first day and we would have to request more at reception. These are minor deficiencies but in aggregate they become annoying. Overall we were pleased with the accommodations . "
