La Maison Blue: La tua casa fronte e vista mare

The villa of LA MAISON BLUE, is located in Salento facing the sea and enjoys a panoramic view from the inside and from the outside.
We are in Torre San Giovanni marina di Ugento on the border with Posto Rosso marina di Alliste. Here the sunsets are fiery and at dusk everything is tinged with red. The sea in front of the house is within walking distance and is low rock. The nearest sandy beach is 900 meters of coastal road and we call it “little beach” to distinguish it from the long and wide beach that begins after the port and extends for several km, to the south. This beach protected by a lush pine forest, is about 3/4 km from the house, depending on the road you take and that we will recommend, suitable for families with young children as the sea slopes gently. The colors are Caribbean.
It can accommodate 4 adult adults and 2/3 children, therefore a maximum of 7 occupants including adults, children and dogs, not 7 adults.
The villa consists of a pergola outdoor area with marble table and chairs and barbecue, living room-kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one double where a camping cot can be added, a second bedroom with an extra large double bed and a single bed, 2 bathrooms, one of which is ground floor and one accessible by stairs to the mezzanine floor. Another 2 beds can be considered in the living room, notice the photos of the living room, what you see on the left side in front of the TV is not a sofa bed, they are 2 single beds like sofas that if booked, you will find arranged as beds. The outdoor space behind with 2 showers and sink, WiFi-free, is very useful and comfortable.
4-legged friends are welcome, but we kindly ask you to let us know their size and number when booking.
