"A very smart apartment in an historic mill. Beds were comfortable. The tv signal was poor but streaming apps were better. The kitchen was well equipped with high end appliances. Sofa was a little small but the rocking chair was a nice addition. The grassy area across the car park was great to exercise the dog. A short walk to the village alongside the pretty beck, had pubs with good food and coffee shops etc. Well positioned for York and the coast. We went on the historic railway to Whitby,...

"We have just returned and raised a complaint about the property, no welcome e mail received with details of how to access property, impossible to get through to rental company to discuss issues. No internet throughout stay, only able to use one bathroom as water scorching due to fault in 2nd bathroom, could not use TV, the only shower that did work then flooded through the floor below and through light fittings in kitchen, poorly cleaned before our arrival see pics "

"The apartment was fine clean and comfortable well decorated with quality fixtures unfortunately the entrance to the property had an apartment that look dirty and neglected the worst part was the smell of weed or scank that was comming from said apartment it was noticeable in no 4 in the bathroom, it’s an issue that requires attention "
