Sitting on the deck by the shore, an occasional boat may pass in the distance. The surrounding reeds and islands add to the sense of privacy and tranquillity. The gardens are equally delightful, with vibrant purple clematis, striking tiger lilies, and cheerful cornflowers in shades of blue and violet.
