"Started off with neither card key working, which I know that happens from time to time. It’s just a pain to have to go back down stairs with your luggage to get new keys. Then I needed to charge my phone after traveling and all three of the USB ports did not work. I asked the front desk if they had the usb plug converter and they did not. I had to go buy one. But she did say she would note the room #.
This is just a personal preference, but the bathroom door auto magically swings shut. The springs are so strong I bag wouldn’t even hold it open 😅 it gets super hot in there after a shower, hence wanting the door open.
