"This is our third stay at the cabin and we enjoyed our visit. Our 2 small dogs can wander the property off leash and it is generally very quiet. However, the pellet stove can get a bit loud when it is on high fire. The internet connection was very fast and reliable - which has not been the case on some of our stays at other remote locations."

"The house was adorable and perfect for our relaxed little family of four and fur kids. We are easy going and really don’t need too much. With that said it was a rainy weekend and the walk from our vehicle to the house was extremely wet, socks, shoes, bottom of pants soaked. A nice little stepping stone walkway would be awesome. But unlike the rest of my family I packed rain boots and didn’t have an issue. The area was serene the hike to the beach definitely a crows mile, we didn’t ever end up...

"Lovely home in a quiet place. The house was very cold when we arrived (54 F) and it took a while to heat up. Once the bedroom doors are closed, the rooms stop being heated up by the living room heater. The duvets were very warm so that helped for the nights. And once the house gets warmer, it's spacious, cozy and well equipped. Location is great as well, close to Mendocino. We overall had a comfortable stay and would recommend!"

"We had a great time at this beautiful cozy home. The hot tub was great and the furnishings were nice and comfy. It was pretty quiet, although there was some work being done near by, it wasn’t at unreasonable hours and didn’t impact our stay. The neighbors on one side are close, but the view other side made it feel very private. I would stay again for sure."

"Beautiful Sea Ranch location in the redwoods with an ocean view. Cozy living room with lots of windows. WiFi is very fast and TV had plenty of streaming apps. Kitchen fully loaded. Bedroom is upstairs loft so be prepared to climb. We really enjoyed our stay."

"This cabin was exactly what we needed for our short fishing trip at Clearlake. We had a boat and trailer with us and there was plenty of room to park our trailer and turn it around easily. The house is located minutes from a boat launch and had a few restaurants and a small market within walking distance. There’s even a small boat launch in back of the property for kayaks or other small watercraft and you could fish the canal if you’d like—though when we were there the water level was a little...

"Couldn’t check in at 4:00 because we didn’t have the code to open the door. Tried several times to get in touch with the host by text and phone. Finally called the restaurant and got the code. So took over an hour to get in. Also there was pee in the toilet! Otherwise it was clean."

"One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been, the river and surrounding nature are hard to beat. Add to that the fishing cabin’s amenities, and we had a very memorable weekend. We spent a lot of time in the chairs by the river as well as swimming. Plenty of birds, deer, lizards, and other wildlife to observe. Really appreciated the hospitality and the check in / out process was easy and friendly!"

"Wonderfully located and thoughtfully appointed - this property was the perfect spot to enjoy Mendocino! This is the perfect place to stay with extended family as there are 2 properties but also plenty of space to socialized together. We really appreciated the stylish decor, thoughtful welcome gift and well appointed kitchen, bathrooms and laundry (best tea and coffee selection we have ever had at a holiday rental!!!) Thank you!"
