"Excellent hotel all around!"

"I had an amazing stay!! Everyone was very nice, very informative, and incredibly helpful at all times. The ladies made sure I had food, even when I missed breakfast. I cannot say ebough nice things about the location, how beautiful the area is, and how pristine the accommodations are. I will definitely be returning when I come back to Lviv."

"The property is good overall and Julia at the reception is exceptional. She was very helpful to get us checked in with our toddler daughter traveling with us. This location is good as well to walk around to the Plaza close by and worked out for our needs. "

"Very comfortable and great location. "

"Nice clean apartments good location"

"This apartment hotel is in a great location. Located at a hill and there are many restaurants right at the bottom of the hill which is around 10 mins walk and the walk is very nice. The unit itself is space efficient and has everything described. The host is very responsive and friendly. We slept very well there and value is great. We would highly recommend this place to everyone staying in Kyiv!"

"So, it depends on what you're looking for. Hotel near the center of town with full-time staff waiting to cater to your every need? Go somewhere else. Clean, quiet, spacious apartment very near a tram / bus stop from which you can get all over town? This is it. Pro tip: check out lad.lviv.ua/stops/584 to see where your tram or bus is -- great system."

"I liked it and recommend it Location is perfect People are so nice and helpful "

"everything is well"

"Clean but no extra toilet paper. They forgot to turn hot water on and no phone. "

"it was awful to book an apartment and when I check in I had to stay in a small room without windows and I was disappointed and at the reception they want extra money to get an apartment with windows, when I made my booking it says nothing about that in the room there are no windows, poor internet connection even poor. "

"Beautiful room in perfect location. Helpful flexibel service."

"A great hotel with wonderful staff!"

"Amazing place, clean"

"I ended up staying at the Greguar Hotel, where the key pick-up location was. The room had everything you need - a comfortable bed, a mini kitchen, a normal hotel bathroom, and a washing machine - good for long and short term stays. Very friendly staff and good internet. The hotel is a block from the metro and very near the main train station and main bus station - a quick taxi ride away."

"Very small apartment"

"Nice city, good view, lot of local places to shop and eat. "
