"The Holiday Innin UB is the standard, the bar, by which all other hotels are measured. It did not disappoint. If you want a high level of quality and professionalism this is the place."

"Great location, hotel staffs were approachable. The only issue I found is they talk softly that I can barely hear them. The premier restaurant however needs staffs improvement. I went for lunch sat down no one came until I ask the menu. As I observed maybe that’s the way they do business because they never approached a customers while I was there. No one came to me “how’s your meal?” Or anything just to “break the ice”. Food is great but needs to improve on staff-customers relationships. I won’t recommend the restaurant. "
