Parking was convenient but it would have been helpful to have it explained before arrival. The motion detector which operated the bathroom faucet made it difficult to wash hands.

Das Hotel ist mit der Lage zwischen Rathaus und Münster sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind schön, modern eingerichtet und großzügig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet vielfältig und frisch.

Mitten in der Stadt, renoviertes Stadthotel - alles Fußläufig erreichbar, das ist natürlich toll. Parkhaus direkt vor der Nase bzw. Unterirdisch. Shoppen, Essen, Bars & Co. sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten direkt vor der Nase. Das Zimmer war klein, dafür aber schön und neu eingerichtet. Leider auch etwas laut, aber wenn man nun mal mitten in der Stadt ist lässt sich das nicht vermeiden.

Schönes Zimmer, nettes Rezeptionspersonal, tolle Lage! Die einzigen Mankos: - Im Badezimmer hat es ekelhaft nach Kanalisation gestunken, laut Rezeption aufgrund der Rohre. Warum das Reinigungspersonal dagegen nichts ohne explizite Aufforderung unternimmt, ist mir unverständlich. - wenn ich im Winter extra eine Unterkunft mit Sauna buche, ist es unschön diese am Tag vorher schon voranfragen zu müssen, und nicht einfach spontan nutzen zu können, wie man es sich wünschen würde. Bei einem Haus dieser Preiskategorie kann man dies sicherlich erwarten.

Hotel zwischen Münsterplatz u. sehr stark befahrenen Straße mit extra Busspuren. Das Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze. CheckIn schnell. Großer Aufzug. Vorab Nachrichten übers Buchungsportal wurden zwar bearbeitet, aber trotz Bitte um Rückmeldung erfolgte leider keine. Erwarten wir bei 4 Sternen und deren Preisen anders. Das Deluxe-Zimmer ist groß, mehrere zu öffnende Fenster, funktionierende Klimaanlage, deren Umluftgeräusche erträglich sind. Strom nur mit eingesteckter Zimmerkarte. Das gilt auch für den Wassersensor! Zwei Betten zusammengeschoben, King-Bett kennen wir anders. Liegequalität befriedigend bis ausreichend, Besucher-Ritze nervt. Wir haben schon deutlich besser in der Fremde geschlafen. Sehr gute Verdunklungsvorhänge, die aufgrund der Lage Südwestseite auch notwendig sind. Elektrische Rollos, von denen die auf der langen Zimmerseite nicht funktionierten. Mehrere verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden. Frühstück: Standardauswahl, Eierspeisen werden auf Wunsch zubereitet, Backwaren waren blass, regelmäßiges Nachlegen / Auffüllen erfolgte, Kaffeevollautomat. Umverpackungen sind noch vorhanden. Fazit: Insgesamt empfanden wir das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für zwei Übernachtungen mit Frühstück (zwei Personen) als zu teuer. Weiteres aufgrund begrenzter Zeichen hier in den Google-Bewertungen.
