Usual Ibis quality near station.

Usual Ibis decor in decent condition. Would benefit from a fridge on the room. Aircon works fine. Staff friendly and helpful. About 6 or 7 minutes from the station.

Great Staff at this hotel. Friendly and helpful. Whatever every we needed they were there to help. The room was very small but clean and the bed was comfortable—EZ underground parking. The location was perfect. Just across the street was the stop for most city buses and trolleys. ICE Trains one block away. The center of the city, and the Christmas Market were short 3 blocks away. Plenty of great restaurants also. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in ULM

9月中旬に4泊しました。 ホテルはウルム中央駅から歩いて10分ぐらいです。スーパーマーケットはウルム中央駅からホテルに行く途中の地下街にあります。ホテルから歩いて7分ぐらいのところにレストランがたくさんあります。ホテルの部屋は狭いです。部屋に冷蔵庫はありません。ランドリーサービスもありません。価格が安いので仕方がないと思います。

Das Zimmer war sauber. Wer Rückenprobleme hat legt auch Wert auf eine gute Matratze. ..die war auch ok. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dafür war die Preisleistung OK. Alles in allem war es für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt das Richtige.

Aufzug kaputt, keine Hilfe mit Koffer angeboten. Ich war schon in vielen Ibis Hotels. Nie war der Standard so niedrig. Mülleimer nicht ausgeleert, Dreck auf dem Boden. Ausschlafen ist nicht, pünktlich um 08:30 Uhr fängt jemand mit Bohrmaschine an.

Die dusche ging nicht zu. Das silikon war schwarz vor schimmel.das zimmer zu klein und zu "alt" für den preis. Parkplatz viel zu teuer.

Für meine Bedürfnisse ausreichend. Es war noch nicht dramatisch, aber das Bad dürfte sauberer sein. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Inventar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Inneneinrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mal ein Update vertragen. Es gibt nur einen Aufzug, teils kommt es zu längeren Wartezeiten. Leider hat in unserem Zimmer die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert und es war sehr stickig. Das Fenster ließ sich nur kippen und es war sehr laut (Autoposer hatten die ganze Nacht ihren Spaß). Schade, denn die Betten waren eigentlich sehr bequem, aber durch die schlechte Luft und den Lärm war dann doch kein besonders guter Schlaf möglich. Ansonsten war alles sauber und ordentlich und die Lage ist super. Innenstadt und Hbf sind fußläufig erreichbar, ÖPNV-Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür.

Eine gute Wahl

Das Hotel gibt es schon seit einigen Jahren, ist aber top instand gehalten. Zimmer sind auch geräumiger als in neueren Hotels dieser Gruppe. Zum Hauptbahnhof fünf Gehminuten. Straßenbahn fast vor der Tür. Frühstück sehr gut.
