There is electric heating in all bedrooms and a heat pump in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has a cooker with oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The living room has a large dining table. The Swedish fireplace with free wood and the seating area invite you to laze around. The living room also has an LCD television with satellite TV, a DVD player and a music system. The villa has two bathrooms with shower, WC and electric heating.

The large conservatory with nostalgic sofa groups and the outdoor terrace with barbecue and lake view invite you to linger. Sun loungers await sun worshippers on the lawn in front of the villa.
