"Personalen var helt frågande när vi kom men vi fick ett rum. Frukost skulle ingå och vi talade om att vi ville äta 8.00 dagen efter. När vi sedan kom dit fanns det inte något personal på hotellet överhuvudtaget. Så det blev att åka därifrån utan frukost då vi hade en tid att passa."
