"Great location and helpful reception. Room is spacious with a balcony with view of the Causeway. However, the cleanliness of the chairs and sofa can be improved as there are some stains on it. Not a dealbreaker so I'm happy with my stay!"

Requested for high floor but only given mid floor. Receptionist said would contact us when room was available but did not deliver her task. "

"Stayed at Legoland Resort as part of a family holiday to the theme park. Was really easy and convenient staying here, particularly for access to the park. Above all, we had excellent service. Always helpful and always met with a smile - both at the hotel and theme park. Really made it a pleasant visit."
