It was an ok stay due to the excellent customer service they provide. The staff in the restaurant from Humiyra, Gizam Chef Ali Joma. Not sure whether it's always this way or just because we went when there is no season since no snow on the ground & hardly any visitors. The area is so amazing in the middle of the forest, 100m away from telefrik. you can approach the area by car. there are very limited options for food and very expensive, hence, it is better to have your food with you from Bursa. unfortunately the kitchen amenities are not that good, so try not to rely on heating the food
