The staff were all very polite and helpful, very good experience staying with them. Cons: Improve the maintenance of the hotel, saw cracks in the bathroom mirror. "This was good value at the discount we got for 7 nights. Property is older but nice, the private pool was excellent! You do need your own transportation or use Grab etc, we rented a motor scooter to get around. Melasti and Pandawa beaches are nice and we were here for a wedding so it was very convenient for us. We did have to eat out or order in. Overall we were happy with the stay. "
