"Tolles Haus und sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Allerdings waren wir mit der Sauberkeit nicht voll zufrieden. Alles Geschirr und Kochutensilien mussten vor Benutzung ohne Ausnahme gereinigt werden. In Die Bäder waren teilweise in die Jahre gekommen und die Duschen schimmelig. Auch die Matratzen müssten an mancher Stelle ersetzt werden. Bei dem doch sehr hochpreisigen Objekt sollte nachgebessert werden. Die Investition in einen neuen Geschirrspüler würde sich lohnen. Gartenmöbel sind zum Großteil kaputt und müssen unbedingt ausgetauscht werden! Abgesehen davon hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und haben das schöne Ambiente und das schöne Grundstück mit Pool sehr genossen. "

"Our room was amazing and the facilities were well kept and inviting. Breakfast each morning had more options than I could eat. My only complaint was the family on our floor had children they could not control and screamed nearly the length of our stay. Not the hotel's' fault mind you. "

"Nice popular family run business. They have a good team and the owners lead from the front. Good breakfast. Semi rural location. Hotel daily service.Car parking. Used the pool , sauna and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was emptied and thoroughly cleaned the day we were there along with a swimming pool clean. So good to see a high standard of pool hygiene. Nice outside sun loungers in use during mid September. Reception was very helpful. All in all a great stay. Thank you Hotel Natura"

"Unfortunately there was a massive storm the previous night in umag, so the hotel had no electricity when we arrived and they were not sure when it will be back. It was out of their hand, but they did everything they could to help customers. The manager lady was absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and compassionate, and the whole team of staff was excellent. We have been offered a room in another hotel, literally next door, that was closer to the beach, and very new, and room was spacious. And we could come back here to use the facilities, kids clubs, disco, pools and kids free meals and ice cream. Our daughter enjoyed every minute she spent there and wanted to stay longer. Pool was a bit cold but when you got used to it, it was fine, slides were great, and the splash park too. Not considering this little issue with the electricity, we would come back for sure. "
