This spacious holiday apartment is located in a historic villa with an extensive garden and large freshwater pool in Savudrija, just 70 metres from the sea. The 42.5 m² apartment on the first floor offers a 16 m² terrace with sea view, equipped with seating furniture, parasol and awning.



The living area is comfortably furnished and features satellite TV, radio/hi-fi system, dining table for four people and a sofa bed for two guests. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and an additional sofa bed. The kitchen unit integrated in a cupboard-like manner between the living and sleeping areas offers a refrigerator, freezer compartment, double sink, 2-plate cooker, filter coffee machine, kettle as well as crockery and cutlery. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. Air conditioning and WiFi provide additional comfort.



The well-maintained garden of the villa invites you to relax with sun loungers, a Hollywood swing, a children's playground and shady retreat areas. Pets are welcome, and a parking space is available on site.
