The quietly located holiday home in Umag is situated on the outskirts of a purely residential area, approximately 1.5 km from the sea and the bathing beach. It comprises two spacious 4-star apartments in the attic for up to 5 persons as well as a small studio on the ground floor. All accommodations are air-conditioned, equipped with satellite TV, and offer free WiFi access. The approximately 500 m² enclosed property offers lawn areas, play opportunities for children, and space for pets.



The ground floor apartment is approx. 35 m² in size and features a 20 m² terrace with balcony furniture and direct access to the garden. The air-conditioned living kitchen offers an electric cooker, microwave, sink, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine as well as sufficient crockery and cutlery. A dining table for three people rounds off the area. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a single bed and is air-conditioned. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and WC.



The accommodation is suitable for families, couples, singles or seniors seeking peace and comfort. Communal use of the terrace and garden is possible, and a barbecue hut is available for cosy evenings. Public parking spaces are located near the house.
