Cozy 18 m² studio apartment on the ground floor of a family house, ideal for a seaside holiday. Located in a quiet and sunny area of Umag, known for its beaches and Mediterranean surroundings. Beaches are within a few minutes’ walk. The studio includes a double bed, wardrobe, dining table with chairs, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi (occasional weak signal). There is a separate toilet with WC, sink, and mirror. The shower is in a separate room next to the kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove (3 burners) and electric plate, oven, fridge, kettle, cookware, dishes, and cutlery. Outside, a private terrace with table, chairs, and umbrella, plus free private parking nearby. Please note: no air conditioning. The owners have a dog, pigeons, and two turtles, and also use a terrace located next to the studio on a slightly higher level.
