The neighbourhood consists of detached houses with large fenced gardens full of plants and flowers. The nearest beach is 300 metres away, the grocery shop 500 metres away and the restaurant 200 metres away. There are several restaurants and pizzerias in the vicinity of the flat. The Luna restaurant about 200 metres from the house offers a wide selection of pizzas, meat dishes, starters, first courses and desserts. Only 400 m away is the stop of the tourist train that departs from the tourist village of Katoro and arrives along the coast to the centre of Umag and vice versa. The centre of Umag can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or by tourist train.
