Villa Tea is a detached, modernly built house situated in a little village of Rožac near the town of Umag.
The beautiful newly built Villa Tea is located in the quiet town of Rožac near Umag.
Guests have at their disposal two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people.
The house is equipped with two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower cabin. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a table and chairs for dining.
In the private garden, guests can enjoy the BBQ area, and children have a trampoline at their disposal.
Terrace, washing machine, SAT TV, free Wifi and free parking is also available to the guests.
There is also a charging station for EVs on the parking lot (the cost of the charging station is paid additionally and is not included in the price.
Due to the location (the house is located in a residential area), parties are prohibited and it is more suitable for families.
Damage deposit of 200 € (cash) is to be paid directly in the Villa upon check in.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Wir haben sehr erholsame Ferien in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Von der Terrasse und dem äußerst gepflegten Garten blickt man direkt in einen Olivenhain. Das Haus bietet alles, was man sich wünscht, viel Platz und eine harmonische und moderne Gestaltung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die freundliche Betreuung durch den Hausbesitzer.
