"Pros: Location in the mountains is superb, very friendly& supportive staff, fair price Cons: Only very small windows in the appartment, thus dark and nearly no chance for fresh cold air in the night. Due to the size of the location the pool was overcrowded and too less sun chairs. Photos better than reality."

"The place was amazing and as advertised! We enjoyed the area very much, the views are amazing! We shopped at the local market and enjoyed dinner in both nights we were there. If we are back in the area, we will stay here again! Saverio was very attentive and gracious. Check in and out couldn’t have been easier! "

Home had beautiful garden that could be accessed from living room and bedroom. Floors, ceilings, wooden beams all over 500 years old! Such beauty. Elena even came the next morning to make us breakfast! Wow! Wish we had stayed longer. If you want to stay in a comfortable authentic Italian home - this is the place for you! We will be...

"We stayed 3 nights, and enjoyed the rural quiet location. The suite was a great size for two, clean, easy parking and the drive into any of the hill towns and villages was easy. Gwen was a wonderful host she knew the neighborhood and locals villages with suggestions for side trips and places to eat. Would happily stay again. "

Clean private bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Host was very lovely too, we need an iron and we could borrow it with no fuss alongside ironing board. Very...

"The apartment was spotless! Cool and spacious, a 3-min walk to the Perugia bus and train station. A perfect home base for day trips in the Umbria region. And host Riccardo is kind and welcoming. "
