Room was clean. Staff were nice and friendly. The location is about 2 miles away from center of Assisi. Need to buy a couple of €1.3 tickets good for 80 minutes; to go in Assisi and back to hotel daily .

Beautiful Villa in a peaceful place, ideal for family holidays.
A wonderful villa with magnificent view - the photos don't do it justice. Great to get away from life for a week, enjoy the garden and pool, and see local area. Note it's a 15 min drive to the nearest road junction - but for us part of the charm and location.

Struttura in un complesso d'epoca immerso nella campagna umbra. La camera molto ampia e dotata di angolo cottura per poter anche cucinare. Agriturismo facile da raggiungere e con ampio parcheggio. Gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari.
