"Had a great 2 night stay while visiting Universal Studios. Easy walk to Universal City and the train station, The room itself was spacious and came with its own humidifier so the sleep was immaculate. Will definitely recommend if you are visiting Universal Studios Osaka"

"Great hotel. Everything works. Good location. Very good rooms. Only issue was that they need a concierge. Reception staff tried to assist with queries but their English was not good enough to actually be of value. I was very surprised that a Hilton did not have this function. "
