"Stay was convenient. Although i did try to contact staff by email and phone i had no luck. But i also didnt book directly with the hostel so its not their fault either. Luckily there was somoene willing to help get in contact with staff. Bedding was comfortable enough, room was provided with air conditioning. But all in all its totally fine for a short stay. Right next to family mart and easy self check in ~ bonus!! "

"Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. "I had a great experience, after Tokyo to revitalize and ready for the next city on my adventure. In the Summertime of the two night stay, my second night provided good views of Mt Fuji and Lake from the hotel rooftop viewing area. The Spa facilities were great, and my massage was awesome. The Onsen dinner was good, and breakfast had many choices, and was good quality overall. I could recommend Konansou to friends."
