The Lärchenwald holiday home is located on the sunny high plateau of Niederthai at 1,550 meters above sea level. Thanks to its location off the Ötztal main road, Niederthai and the Lärchenwald house are the epitome of peace and relaxation in every season.

Our comfortable 80 square meter apartment offers ample space for relaxing after an active day in the Ötztal mountains.
