"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room is small by U.S. standards, but it was just the right size for two adults with two large suitcases. It was well laid out, very functional, and spotlessly clean.
The staff was friendly, and the automated check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The hotel also offers a great selection of free toiletries, including toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, razor, lotion, body towel, and more.
The location is a huge plus—it's less than a five-minute walk from Hakata Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Having washers and dryers available was also very helpful during our trip.
We didn't need housekeeping every day, so instead they hung fresh towels on our door each day. It was a thoughtful touch and something we really appreciated.
Overall, this hotel was clean, convenient, and a great value. I'd definitely stay here again."
