"We had a wonderful time at Hotel Hartness! The room was clean and well-appointed, and the staff was helpful and very pleasant. We especially enjoyed the interaction with the bartender who made a great Hemingway dacquiri. The Patterson dining room was stylish yet casual, with delicious offerings. Our server was delightful! Breakfast is relatively simple but just right (in our opinion). The grounds on this property are beautiful, inviting wandering and relaxation. Our time there was a welcome respite, and we'll definitely return. "

"Our family got to the hotel about 1AM and when we checked in, it was fast and easy. We got to the room and it was really hot. The heat/air unit was off, so I switched on the AC. The heat began to blow out. It went from 70 to 74 in 10 mins. With an infant, we decided to request a new room but they were full. The manager on duty was able to get us into a smaller room with a cot for the night. The next morning they were able to move us into a bigger room but it was minus a bed. ReRe the house keeper helper was amazing! ReRe helped us move the cot and also helped us carry breakfast to our room. Despite our issue, all the staff went above and beyond to help us and made things much better! We will stay here again on our next AAU tournament. 👍"

"Excellent place to stay. Room was very clean and staff was great. Only thing I would mention is the ice maker on our floor was broken so it was a little bit of an inconvenience to go to another floor to find one. Overall great stay! "
