"The place was clean and very comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We had the back upstairs apartment. Kitchen had major appliances and basic cooking items, but some expected items were not provided (for example, a grill was provided, but grilling utensils were not). Comfortable bed. Convenient parking right outside apartment door. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Ten-minute drive to CASV. We would stay again, given the opportunity."

"We stayed here while our son played in the tournament at Dreams Park in Cooperstown. It was the perfect place to stay. Would love to come again. The only thing I would ask for is a big enough bed for adults. We made the most of it and felt like we were at camp too in our separate bunk beds. :) Would love a queen size portable bed or something as an option. "We had a wonderful stay at Lakeview Cottage! Francine and Vince are welcoming and kind - the best hosts! The cottage was cozy and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. And the lake was beautiful! We fished, kayaked and relaxed lakeside between our son's baseball games. I just wish we had more time to stay! "As a person who travels every week, this is the exact type of place I want to stay in. The clean, spacious layout really delivers on comfort when you’re away from home. The kitchen is well accommodated so cooking in is easy to do. If cooking isn’t your thing there are many good restaurants close by to visit. I wish my weekly stays could be here every week."

"We were a small group of baseball parents spending the week watching our kids play at the Cooperstown All Star Village. This apartment was very clean, comfortable and well stocked for our needs. It was conveniently close to the CASV grounds making it easy to go back and forth between games. The hosts were easy to communicate with and readily available (not that we had any issues or needs). I would highly recommend this accommodation, especially for baseball parents."

"This property was perfect for me husband and me while our son played at All-Star Village. Super clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. We ended up having a storm-related power outage, and though it put a major crimp in our stay the prop manager brought over a generator so we had some AC for at least a little while. Highly recommend for 1-2 guests who want proximity to ASV for a reasonable price!"

"We booked this cottage to stay while I was in town for a wedding for the weekend. The owner came out to greet me upon arrival and explain where to park my car. She left some items in the house for us to use which was super sweet and unexpected! The cottage is beautiful and peaceful! Wish I could find time to make it a monthly getaway."

"Clean room, fresh linens. Though the property is dated (bathroom fixtures from 80’s), it’s very clean. The hotel allows pets and there was a very energetic husky upstairs. It’s an older building with thin walls/floors so there was a lot of noise from our husky friend, but otherwise my stay was nice. Ice machine, refrigerator in room, microwave in room and lobby. Average water pressure. Cable-no options to stream on TV. Free wifi. Beds and pillows were ok. My door didn’t close automatically so make sure you check that when you leave. Great place to lay my head and take a shower for a night. I was pleasantly surprised. A burger/ice cream stand and farmer’s market is across the street. Fairly close to other restaurants and shopping. Nice staff. Will definitely stay again."
