"Sean, We had the best year of fishing in over a decade. The property is awesome, and access to the water is easy. One silly item would be more hooks on the wall to hang clothing. Also, I wasn't sure how to turn on the baseboard heater in the bedroom. I turned on the bathroom and left the door open."

"Had a fantastic time in this immense home, that was immaculately clean, well stocked and super private. The gigantic fire pit and grill were a big part of our entertainment and cooking each night. The indoor fireplace was great on one cooler night. Comfy beds and fun decor! All we could have hoped for and more."

"This property is way overpriced. It is a hunting Cabin at best. Small heater did not work. Had wood stove but only minimal large pieces of wood provided. TV and Wi-Fi did not work. Refrigerator smells like fish. Beds not comfortable. On top of that owner would not let me reschedule and needed to cancel and rebook at half price! Said he would not make any money due to VRBO fee and cleaning fee. Cleaning fee is a joke!"

"My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!"

"Everything was great. The place was easy to find, (be advised the gps brought us to the adjacent street.) The cabin was clean, looked great, the grill & fire pit were our best friends. We loved the place so much we ate dinner outside everyday by the fire & relaxed till the stars were all over. Did some hiking & exploring and found a drive through preserve where we got to feed animals, my lady loved it. The cabin seems popular for fly fishing which we did not try. We intend to come back & try...

"Beautiful, quiet house tucked away in the mountains. Enjoyed a week here while my son played at Cooperstown All Star Village. Just a short 9 min drive to the fields. Home was very clean with all the amenities. Shelly was an excellent host and immediately available for any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!"

"We booked this cottage to stay while I was in town for a wedding for the weekend. The owner came out to greet me upon arrival and explain where to park my car. She left some items in the house for us to use which was super sweet and unexpected! The cottage is beautiful and peaceful! Wish I could find time to make it a monthly getaway."

"Clean room, fresh linens. Though the property is dated (bathroom fixtures from 80’s), it’s very clean. The hotel allows pets and there was a very energetic husky upstairs. It’s an older building with thin walls/floors so there was a lot of noise from our husky friend, but otherwise my stay was nice. Ice machine, refrigerator in room, microwave in room and lobby. Average water pressure. Cable-no options to stream on TV. Free wifi. Beds and pillows were ok. My door didn’t close automatically so make sure you check that when you leave. Great place to lay my head and take a shower for a night. I was pleasantly surprised. A burger/ice cream stand and farmer’s market is across the street. Fairly close to other restaurants and shopping. Nice staff. Will definitely stay again."
